About the Program

Celebrating extraordinary people age 65 and older

UnitedHealthcare is celebrating New Englanders 65 and older who make extraordinary contributions to the community that lead to happier, healthier people. And at UnitedHealthcare, it’s our mission to help people live healthier lives.

So we’re looking for people who impact the health and well-being of those around them for our new program called UnitedHealthcare Champions.

Nominations are being taken until April 30. The Champions Celebratory Event will take place June 30, and we’ll be making a donation to a local charity in each Champion’s name.

Nominees don’t have to be UnitedHealthcare members. We just want to celebrate them.

Amazing knows no age.

Purpose

To celebrate those 65 and older who impact the health and well-being of those around them.

Who to nominate

  • Must be a resident of one of the 6 New England states (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT)
  • Accomplishment must be achieved at age 65 or older
  • Nominees are not required to be UnitedHealthcare plan members
  • You may nominate anyone you feel embodies the idea that “Amazing knows no age”
